Does sharing cost me more in electricity than it pays?

It shouldn't, and we show the math instead of hiding it. A 24 GB card draws ~320 W under load ≈ 5¢/hour at 16¢/kWh, against an 8¢/hour floor. A dedicated session pays you 15¢/hour, three times your power cost. If your rate is high, set a minimum compensation in the app and the scheduler simply won't run your card at a loss. Idle sharing draws almost nothing.

Is my computer safe?

The node agent does exactly one thing with pool traffic: run AI inference against the local model runtime and return tokens. There is no remote command execution surface, so the coordinator cannot run arbitrary code on your machine.

Is my data private when I run models?

Honest answer: community GPUs process your prompts, so the machine running your job can technically see that job. Don't send secrets to the community pool. A verified Trusted Pool tier with stricter operator requirements is on the roadmap for sensitive workloads.

When and how do I get paid?

Monthly via PayPal or ACH, once you've earned $25. Or take earnings as brAIngrid credits at a 30% bonus at any balance. Your dashboard shows earnings live, per job.

Can I stop sharing anytime?
